About Us

Dr. Neil Gladstone, MD is the medical director for the Aesthetics division of our practice. He is an Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialist with over 53 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine in 1969. He has retired from his OB/GYN practice and is now serving as Kith & Kin's Medical Director.

His experience in aesthetic/cosmetic procedures began in 2008. Like many other OB/GYNs, Dr. Gladstone wanted to bring cosmetic procedures into his practice. He participated in multiple CME level programs as well as training provided by companies such as Allergan (Botox and Juvederm) and Merz (Xeomin and Radiesse). He has also done extensive training with other local injectors. He has provided cosmetic injections from 2008 to the present to large number of patients without adverse events.

Dr. Gladstone has personally witnessed Brooke Santizo's initial aesthetic consult and exam, photographs, preparation of product, injections, and post procedure follow through. He has also consulted previous associates of Brooke all spoke very highly of their professionalism, competence, precision, commitment to education, and thoroughness of preparation.

Brooke founded Kith & Kin in August 2023.
Brooke is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in the medical field starting in 2001. Brooke graduated from Samford University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program in Birmingham, AL in 2013. She began her nurse practitioner career in cosmetic injections and aesthetic treatments after receiving extensive training from several well renowned training programs. Brooke also has nearly a decade of internal medicine provider experience including both inpatient and outpatient environments.

Brooke has maintained regular aesthetic continuing education in the safest and most effective injection techniques possible with industry experts, including ultrasound guided injections. With Brooke's heart to mentor and teach, she owns Accelerate Aesthetic Academy, a training company for licensed practitioners of all skill levels.

She holds memberships with The American Association of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery (AAAMS), International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC), and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
