Product Description
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Kith & Kin Medical to be used for doctor/patient communications to schedule in-office or remote appointments and send reminders. Multiple SMS/MMS may be sent to notify patients of changes in office hours, announce health and wellness initiatives, or other medically-related items like breast cancer awareness month that all our patients will need to be aware of.

Opting Out
